WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?

WHAT PAYMENT TYPES DO YOU ACCEPT?

All online sales are completed through Etsy, which offers a totally secure checkout using your preferred credit card or PayPal.

In-person payment types include cash, credit card, CashApp and Venmo.

WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY ORDER?

Shipping time varies depending on the item; please refer to the item listing for exact shipping info.

Please note we ship from Michigan, USA. Be sure to check the estimated date of arrival BEFORE purchasing if you need the item by a certain date. EXPEDITED SHIPPING is available for an additional cost during checkout.

Orders ship Monday-Friday via USPS, except on observed US holidays.

Tracking numbers are sent via Etsy, so be sure to check your inbox!

• IF your package does not arrive within the expected timeframe (which has never happened before), please contact us and we will do our best to rectify the situation! However, please be aware that we don’t consider a parcel ‘lost’ in the post until it has been a full 30 days from the date of shipping, and we will not replace an item sooner than this.

• We personally track each item until delivery, so we don't expect anything drastic like waiting 30 days, but you know, seller regulations and post office stuff and all.

• Our goal is for you to be happy with your purchase, so stay in touch if you have any issues. We're just a click away!

INTERNATIONAL BUYERS

• We are shipping from the United States. Packages to the rest of the world may take up to 2-4 weeks to arrive.

• International recipients are responsible for any duties, taxes or customs fees due upon acceptance of the package. If the recipient refuses the package and thus returns to sender, the original purchaser will be refunded for the cost of their order, less the original cost of shipping and a $10 return shipping fee. If you are concerned about your country’s customs laws or costs, please investigate before purchase.

MY PURCHASE IS A GIFT- WHAT INFO GOES TO THE RECIPIENT?

• You can feel comfy knowing your loved one won't know how much you paid for their gift. If you would like to have it sent anonymously, please put that in the notes at checkout. Otherwise, the recipient will receive their item beautifully packaged, with free goodies!

• If you leave a message for the recipient during checkout, it'll be handwritten on a card and included with their order.

• *Be sure to include the correct address of the recipient. Once an item ships, the address cannot be changed. The UWB is not responsible for making arrangements if an incorrect address is provided. If the item is returned to us, we will contact you for an updated address to re-mail. Buyer is responsible for additional shipping fees.

DO YOU DO CUSTOM WORK?

CUSTOM AND PERSONALIZED ORDERS

• Each custom and personalized order is created with love and intention. We LOVE to create UNIQUE, HANDMADE PIECES, so whether you are looking to have a single piece made for everyday wear, special occasion or wholesale lot, we would love to discuss creating something special just for you!

• Since so much energy goes into creating a special piece just for you, we cannot accept returns for custom and personalized pieces. Well, unless there is a problem with the product or error on our end (fortunately that's extremely rare hehe).

JEWELRY CARE, CLEANING & STORAGE

• If you wear your jewelry daily, we recommend removing it while bathing, washing hands, applying lotions, perfumes etc.


Cleaning Your Jewelry

• A soft, dry cloth is most suitable for removing dirt, debris and light tarnishing from our pieces.

• Store your jewelry in a clean, dry place. Most of our metals benefit from being stored in a sealed plastic bag to prevent oxidation.

• Precious metals are vulnerable to oxidation. Most Gold contain alloys to harden and stabilize the metal, and those alloys may oxidize over time. Regular cleaning with a soft, dry cloth will help to minimize the oxidation of your Gold or Silver pieces. Proper storage slows this process.

• Accidents happen! If you break your UWB jewelry, please contact us.
